The SADP tool is required for resetting passwords for the Legacy (EZ/HDC) series recorders, and IP cameras.

Scroll down until you reach the section that says "Visual Studio 2013 (VC++ 12.0)". Download the 2 files in the section. "vcredist_x86.exe" and "vcredist_x64.exe"
